Being a licensed Physical Therapist with more than 2 years of work experience, I believe that we should start with our end goal in mind. Our fitness is important and something we should all enjoy. My goal is to create a positive and fun experience for us and at the same time, I'll make sure that we get the best quality workout possible. To make sure you achieve and maintain your goal, I will be using the best of my knowledge and experience. My focus is decreasing body fat percentage by comparing before and after body pictures. I have been on both sides of fitness. I was once obese to the point that I had stretch marks all over my body. I could not climb two flights of stairs straight and I had muscle cramps while sleeping that my family had to wake me up. After that I decided to change and commit to my end goal which was to have at least four prominent abdominals. Almost a year later, I reached my goal.
