Day Pass Voucher  

Terms and Conditions 

1. 1. This day pass voucher is strictly for one-time use only. Once redeemed, it cannot be reused or transferred. 2. This day pass voucher cannot be duplicated, sold, exchanged, or converted to cash or any other form of payment. 3. Multiple day passes cannot be accumulated or combined upon redemption. Only one (1) day pass may be used per redemption, regardless of the number of vouchers owned. 4. Day pass holders must activate their pass at a selected Anytime Fitness branch. The pass is valid only at the club where it is first activated and cannot be transferred to another location. 5. To activate the day pass, please ensure the club manager of your chosen branch is available. Appointment must be made through the club’s Official Facebook page in advance. 6. The day pass access is valid only during staffed hours and must be used on consecutive days starting from activation. Access outside of staff hours is prohibited, and usage must be continuous with no pauses or extensions allowed. 7. Day pass vouchers are exclusively available to non-members and former Anytime Fitness members. Current members are not eligible for day pass redemption. 8. Day passess without a serial number and an official signature of approval will be deemed invalid. 9. This day passes is redeemable at any Anytime Fitness club in the Philippines 10. The issuing party reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
